Weird Florida, part 1: Carrabelle
Carrabelle is a small town about 20 miles from Apalachicola. It is also home to the world's smallest police station

Originally built in 1963, the town's on duty officer would sit in his patrol car and just wait for the phone to ring. Anyone unruly enough to need jail time would be taken to the Apalachicola jail. The town has built a larger station, but left this one standing as a tourist attraction. For more information visit the
Town's Website.
