If I understand this story, the Dept. of Health has never heard of beer goggles, or believes they effect homosexuals differently than heterosexuals. I really need to apply for federal funding for some BS study.

What gets me is that they claim that the information they gather might be useful to the US someday. In my experience most people have a far more casual attitude about sex than anyone in the US, even when drunk.
