I'm not too sure about that, Paul. They'd've lost interest about 30 seconds in and wouldn't have understood 1/10th of what was going on. Especially the ending: OBLIVION!

best of luck mw! if your novel is as entertaining as many of your remarks here it should become a best seller. you are right about the segment looking like the time machine traveling in that movie.

MW, have you considered publishing it online, or publishing it yourself in limited numbers? Or perhaps do that with some of your earlier work to get your name out there. It's easier to get an agent if you've been published previously, even if you did it yourself, so long as the work is of sufficient quality (and I'm sure yours is!).
