Barbie Head Shoes

More strange Barbie stuff. Included in footwear designer Jeffrey Campbell's summer 2013 collection are shoes that have clear, lucite heels filled with the heads of Barbie dolls. There's also a version filled with Ken heads. Of course, these shoes are now all the rage in Japan. [via RocketNews24]

Is there a News of the Weird and/or Weird Universe edition in Japanese?

It seems like they need one considering all the weirdness from the people who brought us Pearl Harbor and Godzilla and now doll heads in heels. For all we know they may be secretly building a huge robotic army of Barbie's and Kens to invade and take over the US of A. Look what they did to the car industry.

Given what passes for normal over there, Gator Guy, I dread to think what passes for weird. Maybe give Megatokyo a go...
