BTW, Llanwrtyd is pronounced Ο‡lan-urr-ted. And, just to confuse everyone, Wells is the English word, so the w and the ll are fair game for both sides of the linguistic fence!

Want to know more about "Britain's Smallest Town" (which it isn't; there's a place in Kent that's smaller)?

well that is gross. i know people who won't swim in a lake cuz you can't see what is in it, this is so much worse. :ahhh:

looking at that site reminds me of a pic of my mom from years ago. it was actually a picture that appeared in the newspaper at the time. she had been fishing 2 lines and had a bite on both at the same time. she got a 20 inch channel catfish and a 15 inch silver catfish, one on each line. my brother-in-law to be helped her get them both in, but they were her catches and she appeared in the paper holding them up. it was pretty cool! 😊
