Horse drawn wagon with steel rims, not a smooth ride.

The tire costumes would make great alien invaders for a vintage fifties "B" SF movie.

Used the Michelin road maps while on the road in Europe early seventies, good maps.

That's almost exactly how "Bib" was drawn in advertising art of the period, though.
