Melodic, more than 4 notes, music outweighs the percussion, understandable, non-violent, wholesome lyrics....

I dub this MUSIC!

Yes folks, if you dig The Osmonds and The Partridge Family you´ll really GROOVE to these cool tunes. And what´s more, you can even enjoy them along with Mom and Dad or play them for your swinging friends down at your church bible study group. GROOVY MAN!

And not a one of them enjoyed LSD during their groovy summer. I would bet on it. Still groovy in the same way christian rock is rockin'.

Pablo: Still groovy in the same way that 'free thinkers' are able to think freely. 😛

They worked hard on their street cred:

"The group is mainly known for promoting products of the Ford Motor Company in the late `60's and early `70's, but had also provided occasional backup vocals on recordings for singer Mark Lindsay when his original group Instant Joy featuring Tony Peluso was unavailable, and had also worked briefly with The Carpenters on their first two albums before the Bahler brothers once again went their separate ways by the mid-`70's."

Sounds like the Mamas and the Papas would if they'd all gotten clean and sober.
