It is now possible to print human stem cells. Advances in organ transplantation and treatments for diseases like Parkinsons will surely be positively affected by this in time. Replicator technology coming true once again.

The article is a little vague, but in general it looks like they are able to 3D print tissues and organs _with_ stem cells as the printing media, not to print on a nano-scale that allows them to fabricate the stem cells themselves. You still have to harvest fetuses to get the stem cells to fill your ink cartridge.
