Jockey—They Keep Their Fit

In 1955, Jockey Briefs ran an ad campaign featuring young boys shoving guns into their underwear.

Too bad we are so anti-gun these days. I loved my cap and air guns when I was young and playing cops and robbers etc. Now if you make a gun with your fingers you get suspended or expelled from school.

I'll keep adding to my collection. My last purchase was a 1895 German Mauser made in Lowe Berlin that is not import marked and has all matching serial numbers. If only the antique guns could tell their story.

Where else where those kids supposed to keep their pistols? It's not like they gave them holsters!

I had the complete Hopalong Cassidy set with many, many more to follow.

Come to think about it.... I had one of those fishbowl helmets and even got my arm stuck in the wringers of one of those wash machines. Oh for the good times.

@Expat
I bet you could come across some great antique finds over there across the big pond. It's rare here to get something not import marked/stamped even if it is very old. I really want another MP40 (sold it and regret it). BTW I have a FFL3 if you can find one.

@BD: In the land where air rifles are registered? I may be able to 'find' one but....

I've got my American Classic 1377 (Benjamin knockoff) pistol (known far and wide as "The Catarator" but I also had to register it.

I really love this and it has to be a part of any collection as it is so iconic. Thousands were left in crates on a boat in WWII that never went to war as it ended before they could be shipped.
