Meow Mansion

"Meow Mansion" is a large gingerbread house with a serious message — neuter your cat!

The house, created by artist Kazz Morohashi, is home to (gingerbread) Kitty and Boots and their 65 kittens. But since Kitty and Boots haven't been neutered, their family just keeps growing and growing. Next year it'll be up to 300. And by 2017 up to 11,000.

Which raises the question: how exactly does one neuter a gingerbread cat? [via edp24 and flickr]

Back on the farm we used a rubber boot, a sardine, and a sharp knife. But, I'd expect to cure the gingerbread problem all you'd have to do is shoot this Morohashi fellow.

I wasn't aware that cookies could reproduce.

I've been told that they morph into fat but that may be a myth.

It's my experience that cookies disappear when you're not looking.

I can assure you that no matter how fast they reproduce, there'd never be a problem of overpopulation of cookies around me!

I know around my wife and Patty that any chocolate cookies and/or brownies seem to vanish like magic.

Ginger pussies have no souls, so I would eat them with no fear!

"How do you neuter a gingerbread cat?" With your teeth, gingerbread is yummy!

Tyrusguy: no cat has a soul, regardless of pelt colour.

That said, I do support neutering them, not eating them. That goes too far even for me.

I like Jello pussies best cause the wiggle better when eaten.
