There was something wrong during this period in American music. They couldn't seem to be able to write lyrics unless they were about some imaginary dance.

Pop music has its periods of brilliance but mostly reflects the mindless taste of the consumers. The credits for the Funk Brothers is pretty impressive nonetheless.

Actually, thank you, Paul. I did a whole show of Mexican stereotype songs and didn't know about that one.
I'm on again tomorrow at 10pm. This time it's caveman songs.

I listened and believe wusb.fm is in New York which is -0400 UTC. That would make 10am 6:00 UTC.
