Sure they would, patty, but what would the ticket be for? They're skates, so of course they're not street legal, and they're not a bike or motorbike, so no helmet is required. Jaywalking, maybe?

Illegal around here. The law classifies as a vehicle anything with a motor and capable of hauling a human. It then sorts vehicles by horsepower, whether the person is enclosed, agricultural/industrial use, etc.

Those skates, according to the law here, are the same as a mini-bike -- not allowed on streets or sidewalks, helmet must be worn, etc.
