  • One of the largest stamp collections in the world
  • The stuffed body of a hermaphrodite goat


They're some of the personal effects left behind in the palace of King Farouk following his flight from Egypt after a military revolution in 1952.

Wow! No clue, but the name triggered the memory of a song parody done by Stan Freeburg. He had parodied the style of a certain singer with the song "C'est Si Bon", and at the end of it he's congratulating himself and saying how he'll be rewarded. One of the awards was " autographed picture of King Farouk!". This is list is now the second thing I know about the monarch.

I thought it was the 'rejected' list of stuff The Jerk wanted to take with him when he was destitute. I still recall him taking the THERMOS and PADDLE BALL GAME as hilarious. "and that's ALL I NEED!"
