PETA documents show they euthanized 95% of the animals they take in. Good thing they like animals, or they'd kill 'em all.

One of the reasons an awful lot of animal rights people no longer support them. They've had a horrible reputation for several years. I give my spare money to Farm Sanctuary. They actually *help* the animals they rescue.

This is about on par with most 'do-gooder' operations where the vast bulk of donations don't go were the advertisement points.

Something those of us in the private animal rescue sector have been saying for a couple of years now...but people only believe what they want to. Always research before donating, and always donate locally to assist locally.
