Pre-Dirtied Jeans

Nordstrom is now selling pre-dirtied jeans for $425. And here I've been washing my jeans all these years! It reminds me of that guy back in the 90s who sold shotgun-blasted jeans, though his prices were more reasonable.

I wonder if the dirt washes off.

For slightly cheaper ($395) you can get what looks like paint-stained jeans.

I once spilled vacuum oil down one leg of my pants(starting at the crotch). Looked for all the world like I emptied my bladder (multiple times). Luckily I lived nearby and ran home and changed.

I suppose that sort of stain would targeted at different sort of clientele.

If the dirt washes out, surely you can buy more at Nordstrom. They have plenty of it in China.

I can't help but think of an early Steve Martin routine where he mentions he has so much money that he can afford a "fur lined sink" and "an electric dog polisher."

How else is someone who shops at Nordstrom going to be exposed to dirt?

Okay, it's official: The End of Days are upon us.

Nordstrom is famous for its liberal return policy, so if the dirt washes out, you can return the jeans for a refund.

Reminds me a bit of a product that was sold a few years ago: spray-on mud for your Chelsea tractor. For those people who buy an off-road vehicle but are too scared to take it out of Westminster.
