Whether the girl sent him pictures or not is frankly immaterial, the police statement says that it was his text messages to her that were at issue.

He was also convicted on two counts:
- Use Internet to solicit/attempt solicit etc. a child for sex/lewdness etc.
- Unlawful Sexual Activity with Certain Minors 16/17 yr old.
