YES!! The SPAM is out of hand, Has been for some time now!
Might I suggest blocking posts/comments from two countries, China and India. That would get rid of Approximately 95% of it in one fell swoop! I say this having traced the IP addresses of some of the spam I have been gleefully slapping for a while now.
