Ah.. that might be one of those grain grinding pestle & mortar doohickits that those individuals seriously into ORGANICALLY PREPARED FOODS uses.

The woman in front of me at the supermarket the other day was buying cassava chips, although the package was in Spanish rather than the Dutch on the pictured package.
