Gosh, Paul, do you have something against opera? Granted she is not a great vocalist and really had to stretch there at the end, but the "Summertime" libretto from "Porgy & Bess" is one of the classics in American opera.

I learned not to take opera too seriously after I heard Victor Borge skewer it by saying, "... And now we are going to hear the solo from 'La Traviata' by Guiseppe Verde. That's 'Joe Green' to you ..."

The Jack Benny clones were OK on violin, but her vocal coach should have been imprisoned for subversive activities against Music.

Yeah, She did something to the muse alright. I think she tripped and fell over it, Landing soundly on her voice! :lol:
