For some reason, this post reminded me of a couple of other songs from that era, "98.6" by Keith, and "Morning Girl" by the Neon Philharmonic. Now I have a couple of ear worms for the day.

The "tall suit" is the late Jimmy Dean. He was probably better known for his sausage than for his music.
