I think the best way to Win the War on Drugs is to legalize it, control it, and tax it. Think prohibition.

I say legalize drugs, but package them in the same heavy duty plastic that they use for small electronic devices. It takes a sober person three hours and a steak knife to get into those things, so imagine an addict trying. :lol:
