So, do I need to rethink all of my rape contracts? This could cost alot in lawyer fees...dammit, is there no justice for the rape deprived.

Clearly, he should sue the victims for breach of contract (as I'm sure there must have been a confidentiality clause in there somewhere). That would be the kind of slap i nthe face of common decency that we've come to expect from the American (in)justice system.

I may have missed it in the article. However, did he himself draft the contracts, or did he pay someone for the service? If the latter, I would expect the person responsible for the contract wording would have to testify if only to explain why she/he would bother to actually go ahead with the request and not tell the client to go take a flying f*ck on a rolling doughnut.
