Personally I think they should be placed in a barrel with one hole in it, a coin slot in the top and put in the middle of general pop. For 25 cents a 'pop' he can support his own stay and wouldn't burden the taxpayers.

I know pleanty of cops who would gladly volunteer to demonstrate the proper way to use a gun. Course it might be aimed at his junk when they do, but hey, life involves sacrifice, right?

Yea...well...I don't even know what to say to that. Oh, you're right. I do have to say though (he was before my time) that Earl Long at least did do some (and I emphasize some)good for equal pay for black and white teachers (still grossly underpaid) and for highway construction and repair. Then he was institutionalized. His older brother Huey was much better even though he was also much more corrupt.
