Oh, come on! Look at his beard! Can't you tell he's guilty?

Guilty! But... What's all this sh1t that's come about to being able to "hand pick" your jury!?! If they have no connection to the case then they're jurors.

nitabobita - The dog can sense negative spirits, and thus automatically discounts any potential juror who is possessed by the devil.

nitabobita - Actually the dog is her "therapy" dog. She says it helps her stay calm and handle stressful situations.

The beard is great, but this is a photo taken in court - after he'd cleaned himself up - not a mug shot. Does anyone else doubt that his hair was that short at the time of the alleged crime? One look at his mother makes me wonder if he killed the wrong parent.

Here's a link to a story written when this happened a year ago. He looks deranged in this picture!

I'm the one who sent the original link to Chuck. What's really amazing is this guy is facing another trial in Anchorage. After he killed his father, he went to Anchorage, shot and wounded a woman on a ski trail, then shot and killed a college student and stole his car. He told the police he just wanted to kill some people. Of course, his defense attorney had him plead not guilty, and we have to pay for another trial.
