StarThrower- If you read down further, it says the $10 might be a place holder, and the tax stamp suggests "she may have paid as much as $100 for the house," so maybe Chuck's being conservative ^_^

StarThrower- nah, it's "as much as" $100, so it could be $50 but not $13.3 million, at least from the article's wording ^_^
