Never bullshirt a bullshirter—well, except perhaps this guy
Stock broker Michael Axel (according to New York prosecutors) stole $600k from elderly clients' accounts he was managing and was indicted yesterday, even though the gov't concedes that Axel had lost about $400k of that in his own investment with a very nice gentleman in Nigeria who volunteered to help him liquidate an inheritance Axel had not even known about! I'm confused. How much was this highschool teacher making exactly in order to have missed the fact that such a large amount of her paycheck wasn't going into the bank?
Mr. Axel was accused of stealing more than $150,000 from the teacher in 2002 and 2003.

Assuming she even made 150k a year, which is doubtful, half of her paycheck would go missing every month.

I also find the Nigeria scam a little sketchy too. I guess I could believe it from a guy that continued to linger around after forging checks for 600k. Then again I wonder how the money was traced and whether it wasn't simply sent offshore to be recollected at a later date. Or, better still, stuck in a really big sock under the bullshirters bed.
What's a bullshirter?

Better yet, guys and gals, I've got a line on an old fix-er-upper here in central Athens, Greece. In fact it's the 2ed highest spot in Athens and the 360 view is to die for! I'm accepting bids here starting at 2.5M.

Pablo, if you know of a teaching job that pays $150,000 a year, well, consider this a letter of application.
