Expat, I had the exact same thought. Why does it seem like it's harder to adopt a dog than a kid?

BikerPuppy - Just a guess here but it could be because there are more laws governing the treatment and raising of dogs then there are for the treatment and raising of children.

At the risk of getting flamed to a crisp, until the autopsies determine how the children died she may not be guilty of any crime. :long:
