The Selfie Arm

Created by artists Justin Crowe and Aric Snee who describe it as a "sarcastic solution to a quintessential problem — nobody wants to look alone while they mindlessly snap pictures of themselves." The stick is shaped like an arm, so in the pictures it looks like you're holding someone's hand.

They could have at least tried to make it look less corpse-like.

Gives off a nice "happily holding on to a cadaver while posing for a photo" vibe.

Why not? People vain enough to go around shooting selfies will be more than happy to lay out some cash for this then put up with lugging the thing around. But it should prove a good ice breaker for those folks who frequent some aforementioned hot drink emporium but didn't have the ready jingle to pop for the recently offered gift card of local repute.
