[no fair examining the evidence; verdict must be based on mugshot only]
Tracy Mullins, 47, might very well have had a valid reason for being found asleep in someone else's home; ya can't tell unless ya click the link. Billings Gazette

Doesn't he look like a cross between Charles Manson, and the actor Ryan Gosling(sp?)?

Uh, yeah, guilty... potentially, of any and everything. "Tracy Ray" -- great name. Is "Ray" the runner-up to "Wayne" in the middle name game?
Mugshot-based verdict aside, it's interesting that the husband is so familiar with this guy. From the story:
"The husband said he recognized the man as someone who lives nearby and the same man he found in his car in July 2007."
Really? You've seen him in the neighborhood, he's slept in your car, he comes into your house and sleeps in your bed? Is Tracy Ray doing this to everyone or has he singled out this family for some particular reason -- perhaps because the husband and he have some sort of "dealings," some sort of "connection"??
Of course, everything feels suspicious here in Chuck's column, so who knows...

No, he looks like a cross between Ted Danson and Kirstie Alley.
Wait, no a cross between Hank Williams and Hank Williams Jr.
No, wait, I got it, a cross between Dr. Teeth and Carol Burnett. Ohhhh I give up I obviously can't do this.
WABAAAM!!!

The difference between Tracy and Rob is simply one cute blond and the ability to buy one's own cheese.

Oh, come on -- look at the hair. Rob obviously applies conditioner like a mad man, while Tracy simply suffers the mental conditions of one.
But otherwise, great comparison shots.

I'm going to assume that making a mess in the bathroom didn't involve a shower and a shave.

I'm going to assume that Tracy snores loud.

I agree with takesallkinds NY. "The husband said he recognized the man as someone who lives nearby and the same man he found in his car in July 2007." Indicates that Mullins had an interest in the family. Closer and closer he crept. The fact that he was asleep in the boys bed reminded me of John Titor. Is this Tracy Mullins a fellow time traveller. Something in his mission went wrong and he became stuck in this time. Is he the young boy.
I dont buy the unloaded gun bit, did Tracy Mullins reveal himself to his actual father. Did the father recognise his son as an adult and withheld from violence. (Interesting to note John Titor's father was accomodating to future John's return while his mother was terrified).
New breakthroughs in blackhole creation make time travel not only possble but likely in the future(pardon the pun).
The court case reviews are WIERD. "He's certainly not Goldilocks," the judge remarked (Tracy Mullin's true identity may have been questioned).
"Obviously there are some strange circumstances going on here," Phillips
Deputy Public Defender Richard Phillips described the case as unusual and said Mullins has been receiving mental health counseling. Mental health counseling for what...believing he is a time traveller perhaps. Previous charges may indicate a man on the run. If you were stuck in the past, chances are you would go a little crazy, you would probably return to your childhood home seeking some kind of normality. After watching from a distance you would wish to make contact. Closer and closer he crept. I am not trying to convince anyone just putting it out there as a possibility. The first thing I saw was the mugshot and I thought looks like a time traveller then the more I read the more possible it seemed. The eyes have it. I will end with a thought..Judge a man by his actions right. Well Tracy Mullins did not steal anything or harm anyone all he did was act like it was his home.

Tracy Mullins..GOLDILOCKS TIME TRAVELLER, just to reiterate I think the husbands gun was loaded or being loaded. John Titor explained people in the future disliked process foods. If your homeless and you open a fully packed fridge why would you just eat cheese. lol might be a stretch just interesting.
