Some random person saw a lion running loose on a Kuwait City suburban street and took action. He lured the cat into a car then jumped in himself and sat with it. Getting the animal contained makes sense but containing one's self with it, not so much.

The dude was, obviously, a platinum card member of P.E.T.A and felt it was his duty to the animal to offer it a last meal before being returned to the wilds where it may have suffered PTSD at having to put up with humanity's civilization.

Or... like Patty said, he's just stupid.
