Deceased Gentleman Mistaken for Halloween Decor

Here's a case of tragic timing that has been making the news rounds

It's actually a bit of sad situation. Neighbors thought the body was a decoration for Halloween, and it sat on the balcony for several days.

The LA times has some of the worst sources I have ever seen. What on earth do a local cameraman and a "UPS Executive" have to do with this story?

By that I mean the LA Times article, I doubt all their stories are like that.

Not to say that this one wasn't true - it's amazing what people ignore because they don't want to deal with it - but it seems that this happens all the time: http://www.snopes.com/horrors/gruesome/halloween.asp

So I guess I'm saying, if you're going to kill someone, do it around Halloween.
