Russian Thistle is a really nasty, spiky, obnoxious, invasive weed everywhere, when it's alive. When it dies and dries out it's 10x worse. They grow everywhere, and seem to prefer the shoulders of dirt and gravel roads. What a pest!

I was thinking that. He really needs to get those things away from the house because if they caught fire the house would be toast in no time.
