very nifty desgn! i wonder if there is a problem with exhaust fumes on the upper floors. especially when traffic becomes gridlocked like during rush hour.

Considering how fast the population is growing, related to the amount of space in which people want to live (I mean sure there's a ton of free space in the Amazon rain forest but who really wants to live there?), it's not a surprise that we are heading closer to the Fifth Element style city.
