He may have been able to get away from the cabbie unscathed if Wilmington had put up phallic pedestrian barriers. 😉

Maybe it is just my hatred for all things cabbie but I think this cab driver should be sued. I am sure that the cabbie caused more damage than the cab fare was worth.

LOL. I have to travel to DC for work on occasion, and I find the cab rides to be quite entertaining and informative. Did you know there's only 5 female cab drivers in DC? Not to mention, I've learned more about the politics and culture of foreign countries from cabbies than from visiting those countries!!
