The second zebra citing on Staten Island will have you wondering who needs new locks on their petting zoo.

Officials are having trouble locating the real address for the zoo.

I saw this on the "news" (well, what passes for "news" these days) and couldn't figure out why the dude was making kissing noises!

Critters need to roam from time to time. I even have to take the wife out once every so often too.
