This reminded me of that line in the beginning of Proctor and Bergman's "TV Or Not TV", where the pay-tv charger card is found in dad's dresser drawer, the one where he keeps his gun and balloons.

Put the food in a bag, remove the air, and it's ready to go straight from storage to a Sous Vide bath for cooking.

Today's Rabbit Hole: can't remember French name for the process, google 'cook in a bag' but that's about oven bags, google similar things until finding Japanese fad about cooking in, um, a pure latex tube usually used for Family Planning. Start tracking down all the cookies you can cook that way . . .
