A couple had sex on a table in a restaurant's patio in front of other patrons, including children. They refused to stop at the request of management and the man also refused to pay the $101 tab. He was arrested for the nonpayment, but neither one was charged for the obscene dinner theater as no one present was willing to make a statement about it.

This is the sort of thing that makes life really miserable for the poor minimum-wage cleanup crew. And they didn't even tip! Barbaric.

It's not clear but I have to ask: Does the restaurant have a bar? If so, the bartenders may want to create a new drink to capitalize on the notoriety. They can call it (Wait for it!) "Sex On The Table".
