Barbie - now with acne!

Strange Barbie dolls have been a recurring theme here at WU. We've seen scaled-up Barbie, makeup-free Barbie, non-human Barbie, Ancient Minoan culture illustrated with Barbie, Virgin Mary Barbie doll, etc.

So the latest strange Barbie in the news doesn't even seem all that strange, by comparison. It's "Normal Barbie." Created by artist Nickolay Lamm, this doll (which he's calling Lammily), is designed with measurements similar to those of an average 19-year old woman. Also, it comes with stickers allowing you to customize it with freckles, stretch marks, acne, moles, cellulite, and blushing cheeks.

That's the regular Barbie, BD.

Stretch marks on a 19yo... what @#$@#$ are they selling now?

How about a welfare Barbie? It comes with 9 kids and a monthly check. It would be advertised as having articulated limbs but, of course, wouldn't work.

Perhaps it's time for an official anatomically correct Barbie with assorted toys and supplies so that our middle-schoolers can learn about how to engage in anal sex effectively and safely.

I think there is a point where doing something like this to barbie will stifle the imagination of little girls. They will grow up soon enough.

Appears that our school systems are pushing them to grow up a bit faster than when I was a kid:

I wonder what he should design for her her normal "Ken"? I suggest a beer-belly weilding and graying trophy wife type. The plastic to make him should be 'Flabbier'.

So where's the one which bloats and bends over with cramps every month? And does it come with really tiny tampons?
