The Reserved Embrace Theory

A fringe theological theory, advanced by Rev. Robert Kirsch, holding that a Catholic priest could have sex without violating his vows as long as the sex was passionless. The church rejected his theory.

Kirsch died in 2005. According to his obituary, the lawsuit described above never went to trial.

She said he started having sex with her when she was 15, he said 19. She later sued but it was past the statute of limitations. She claimed he gave her an STD and impregnated her (kind of hard to do without ejaculation). Here's an article from the same website describing the dismissal of her suit:
