She Doesn’t Have to Shave

Following up on Alex's "Couvade" post: here's a musical exegesis of the eternal tradeoff between daily facial shaving for men, and monthly menstruation for women.

God, I miss Squeeze!

Damn! As usual, I can't see the video. But I feel the need to point out that, in addition to menstruation, women must shave a much larger percentage of their bodies than men. Yes, women can forego shaving, but so can men, and it's less socially acceptable for women to do so. Especially in the summer....

I personally don't feel like trading, thanks.

Ah, but pants or a long skirt will get you by while my boss looks at me funny if i show up to work in a ski mask.

That said, i still wouldn't trade.

I would never even try to compare what we men go through with what women go through. I hate shaving too...hence my beard, even though it probably takes more work than shaving my whole face.

All the shaving and PMS and childbirth are totally worth it for one thing: multiple orgasms.

Yeah, that one isn't fair. Of course if men had multiples we'd all be sleeping on plastic sheets.
