I wonder if anyone has told those dogs that 80% of all shark attacks happen within (something like) 50 feet of the shore.

Having previously lived in San Diego for many years, the sight of surfing pups was actually very commonplace..and oddly enough, I never heard of a single one being shark food! Humans, yes, but never dogs..perhaps the sharks just aren't that into the critters..

well if you are the top preditor and a vertual killing machine, what are you going for a 25lb dog or a 200lb man?
expat then you'd have a pit bull and a shark playing tug of war with some hapless surfer dude. no matter who wins the surfer dude looses.
