I've actually seen this woman speak and she has some *very* devoted followers. I didn't dare say a negative word about it while there. She is one of those people who takes legitimate spiritual practices (such as fasting and meditation) and warps it to satisfy her own ends (money, ego, whatever).

It bothers me that she is contorting the concept of prana in this way.

BTW - the accent isn't fake; she is from Australia

The Australian 60 minutes did just that - only it was for 7 days, not a month, and she failed miserably. Didn't make it past 4 days before they called it off due to her rapidly deteriorating health. Here the video if you are interested:

The resolution is a bit low but watchable - and interesting - this woman would gives politicians a run for their money when it comes to non-committal answers and brush offs. I think they did this like back in 1999 but I might be wrong on that.

For some reason, religion and hysterically insane people go hand in hand. (No I'm not saying everyone who is religious is insane) :lol:
