Food Bombs

I imagine this would have been the most expensive way possible to deliver humanitarian supplies. Though also the fastest.

The Americans should do it as well. They have an impressive amount of old nukes. I sure hope those parachutes work, though.

@Yudith: that's what I meant: they did do it. Not with missiles but with bombers, during the Berlin Blockade. Most of the food was just landed at Tempelhof, but look up the Rosinenbomber if you want a true feel-good story.
