For those of you who are not already aware, May 25 is Towel Day, a celebration of the life and literature of Douglas Adams, author of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy

well there is a bunch of stuff i didn't know. not the least of which is that 'hitchiker's guide to the universe' is 30 years old. it also seems to have quite a cult following. great post!

We have a bar in town called Zaphod's. They had a towel day event of some kind.

Won't you be too busy keeping the towel wrapped around your head to block out any chance of hearing the poetry?
