@Expat for fast estimating I was taught to use 3.3 feet as the conversion from meters. 3.3'X500M=1,650 easy peasy. :coolsmile:

It won't work. Early experiments showed that untrained humans were able to tolerate 17 g for several minutes without loss of consciousness or apparent long-term harm:

I've always remembered that scene but could never remember which movie it was from.

Here's about the best picture of it I could find. It was an execution device. A long, curved blade that a person "slid" down. It was a real side splitter!
