I saw recently a post about a man who cures bow-leggedness by orthesis, so I imagine there are braces and clamps in those pajamas.

@Brian -- Tide, All, etc. all make money by people sleeping nude. I can't imagine sleeping nude on the same sheets for more than three or four nights without washing them. You can do one load of pjs (6 sets) every three weeks or two loads of sheets every week.

All the ad says is that the cut of pajamas is such that they don't bag around your legs, creating a bowlegged "look." There's no claim that it physically corrects actual bowlegs.
