I remember a "Saturday Night Live" skit that had this theme. It involved a breakfast cereal loaded with sugar and the family became more manic as they ate it. It was hilarious, one of their finest performances.

Chocolate Frosted Sugar Bombs is Calvin's favorite, altho he needs to add sugar for them to taste right. He usually force feeds 6 boxes – with Hobbes' help – so he can send off for some silly merchandise.

At 1st read, I thought they were saying to give her a grasshopper beverage -- put some alcohol in her life, too. That should give her energy.

I've never given a child alcohol, but I've found most women become quite happy and agreeable after four or five grasshoppers. Maybe if you do the math, make the dosage appropriate for body weight . . .
