Frankly, as far as Education for Death goes, I prefer Education on Death. Lauzier had a very good short story about a clinic where doctor and nurses taught patients to greet death as honorary discharge from the Army, and even have a biopic filmed on the premises with "a very banal case of generalized cancer, but what a presence!"
