The First Dog Whisperer

Much iconography that was once taken for granted as part of our culture now means nothing to people. Does any youth of today understand that a Napolean hat = crazy?

Dogs don't have taste buds and, even if they do, they (the taste buds) don't work! Dogs lap up vomit, drink out of the toilet, eat doo-doo, and I've no idea what that rawhide chewy tastes like but it doesn't smell good.

Anyhow, I never liked Knots anyhow. He ruined Three's Company and The Andy Griffith Show.

Say what you will, Knotts did play the role in "No Time For Sergeants" as the Army recruit tester very well.

Dogs may have a great sense of smell, but their taste sense is terrible. As a kid living in our in the sticks, our dogs would come back once in a while smelling of road kill skunk that they had eaten.

I loved Barney Fife, he was way better than the bumpkin sheriff Andy
