Obviously, it would help if one of our WUvians can understand the language used, but I would guess that they are adverts for 2000 era mobile phones. Not sure about the features shown in the first video, but the second looks like the ideal device for night club crotch watchers.

If a lady really could use that 2nd phone to capture a man and take him with her, they probably couldn't make them fast enough.

@KDP -- It's been my experience that it's often a blessing to not understand what's really going on in Japanese videos. It can go from "that's weird!" to "where's the mind-bleach?" quite quickly.

@Virtual -- It was my impression that's a woman in men's clothing (particularly evident at 0:13). The dearth of other men in the scene led me to think it's ladies-only night at the club.

@Phideaux: those aren't Japanese. They're Korean - you can tell by the writing. Whether that makes it better or worse, I don't even want to have an opinion.
